Team configuration: A team consists of 2 (two) groups A & B for match play in 6 (six) events per match; Rain-Out matches will be played that Thursday night of the same week. All Tennis Balls for all league matches will be provided by Walt.

Note: This form must be filled out prior to paying in order to be on Team Tennis.
You can fill this out on line and pay in secure online store or print, fill out and mail both form and payment (see below)

Group A:
2 each	4.0 or higher men's doubles team	*Note: Group-A plays only on odd weeks.
2 ea Advanced	4.0 or higher women's doubles
2 each	3.0 to 4.0 men's doubles
2 each Intermed	3.0 to 4.0 women's doubles
2 each	2.0 to 3.0 men's doubles
2 each Adv/Beg	2.0 to 3.0 women's doubles
Total players in group A = 12 players (6 men & 6 women)


Group B:
2 each Advanced	4.0 or higher Mixed Doubles Team	*Note: Group-B both players must be of the same playing level for Mixed Team.
2 each	4.0 or higher Mixed Doubles Team
2 each Intermed	3.0 to 4.0 Mixed Doubles Team
2 each	3.0 to 4.0 Mixed Doubles Team
2 each Adv/Beg	2.0 to 3.0 Mixed Doubles Team
2 each	2.0 to 3.0 Mixed Doubles Team
Total players in group B = 12 players (6 men & 6 women)

Matches played Monday evenings; 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the lighted Mira Costa courts site: 1255 Artesia Blvd. Man. Bch., park on Meadows Ave; enter on Meadows.

To ensure completion of all matches by 8:00 pm, all matches will be played (1) regular set and scoring; balance of match to be played as 7 point tiebreakers only.
